June

Got some bad seeds and improper light to some plants this year, but the tomato is the highlight of the season as the results were good and can be improved upon, this will go making a pizza sauce first, and in future years all the rest of the italian dishes.

July

Not many seconds left to attend to gardening this year after the porch project, but I am trying some new shady things.

August

This month I have a small water transport project for the new spice location, and a promising test to reveal the limits of logic and conclusions, and this could be applied to the political realm as proof of denial over reason. It has to do with an efficiency ratio verse the calculated political ratio, the latter which falls off rather quiclky, while the former suffers the consequences of creating such actions in the first place.

And here is the test, the Ph of a plants soil is crucial for the efficiency of the plants ability to absorb any available nutrients, if it is to become the healthiest plant it can become. Here I have some store bought blueberry plants, they like a 4.0 ph acid soil medium.

But what I found at the nursury in recent decades and even today, the plants have a foundation of ground up pine bark, which has no water absorbition or releasing properties, nor any nutricional properties what so ever, its a scrap material brought back to life in the form of a plants medium.

So the blueberry plants bought there must have come from an environment where acidic water is passed through containor to keep the blueberry plant happy until it is time to go to the nursury, where they water it enough to keep it alive until the customer buys it.

And once again if the customer does not do the manufacutres homework, they plant a plant into a condition where it has a mechanism to live, but feels and does miserable in its permanite home, unless you knock off all the useless material and replace it with the right stuff, which is hopefully what you see, and I have done here.

An additional test is trying to recreate the necessary ph conditions in an unfriendly ph environment, [w/o the unfriendly environment absorbing the necessary environments elements to the point of now poisioning the soil with excessive metals, in this case aluminum.], over being in the environment where the necessary conditions already exist naturally, so many times we are sold the belief, [like healthy red tomatoes can be grown anywhere], when in fact the reverse may be true.

And hopefully as with these tomatoes, the labor required to do so, may be far greater than doing it somewhere else, and then bringing the healthy product back home.
